Instead of trying to hand roll sushi at home - let’s be honest, it is one of the hardest dishes to DIY - don’t feel ashamed to just throw all the ingredients of your favorite roll into a bowl and call it a salad! Drizzle it with spicy mayo as your dressing and you have a yummy sushi salad. Feel free to add seaweed and other components to make it more of a poke bowl.
Making pizza at home has never been easier with all of the premade crusts and flat breads available! Just toss on your favorite pizza ingredients, pop it into the oven and you’ll have dinner ready in less than 1 hour. We love this summer squash recipe as instead of just grilling vegetables for a meal like you normally would for a summer bbq, you can throw it onto a pizza! Perfect vegetarian option for those summer barbeques.
This has to be one of our favorites because a pasta salad can be SO refreshing, light but filling and healthy for the summer! It is also versatile, as it can remain vegetarian or become non veg by adding protein! We definitely recommend getting your ingredients fresh from a farmer’s market for the best result.
