      I wanted to love this

      I was so excited when I saw my local chai shop carrying these candles! I knew I HAD to have the mango lassi one because it smelled so delicious and just like the tasty drink. I purchased the 8 oz jar which unfortunately just had no throw even after burning for 2 hours. Besides the lack of scent, the candle burned smoothly and beautifully. I will likely try out other scents in hope of them having more throw

      I’m happy to hear you found Scrumptious Wicks through Simply Chai. Simply Chai will soon be carrying the newest formulation of soy/coconut wax. At this time, you would still have the all soy wax version. While the older, all soy wax formulation is still a great, clean-burning candle, the newer one should help throw scent father. Mango Lassi is also one of the lighter scents, for sure. If you are looking for a stronger, very robust scent profile, I would suggest Lavender & Sandalwood, which is a best seller.

      In the mean time, I would suggest using the candle in a small bathroom or entry way. Also, look out for a two-wick version coming soon which will also help throw scent farther. Hope that helps!
